Alapai provides an AI-powered conversational agent accessible through Facebook Messenger. The Service is designed to assist users with information, support, and automated interactions. Our chatbot operates on the Meta Messenger platform, and use of this Service is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alapai and its owners, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve (12) months, or $100 USD if no such payments have been made.
Our Service operates through Facebook Messenger, a third-party platform. Alapai is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of Meta or any other third-party services. Your interactions with Facebook Messenger are governed by Meta's own terms and policies.
Alapai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
